As COVID-19 guidelines change from day to day, our primary concern continues to be the health and safety of our customers, co-workers and community.
Shipping sanitation measures being taken during COVID-19:
We are following government advice regarding hand hygiene, ensuring the work environment is cleaned before preparing each order, and where social distancing is observed.
How we are managing delayed shipments:
Couriers have assured us that there should be no significant delays for products shipped within the UK. For shipment of medium to large orders to countries outside of the UK we may add tracking and this means packages may need to be signed for. No additional charge will be applied for this upgrade.
Our returns policy:
If you are not happy with your product, we would ask that you replace it unused inside it’s packaging, before returning it to us.
