Shipping & Returns

Deliveries:

We are pleased to announce that many of our products are now shipped to the United States and Australia. We ship to the UK and many countries within the European Union. 

We aim to dispatch goods within 1-3 working days of receiving an order. All our products should be in stock unless indicated. However, if we receive an excess of orders for a particular item, this might not be the case. We would then contact you to give you an extended delivery date.

Our main couriers are Royal Mail and DPD, which we use at our discretion depending on the dimensions, weight and destination of your package.

Please contact us before ordering, if any of the following apply:

• Your delivery address is in the European Union, but is not included in the countries we currently ship to.
• You wish to order more than 20 metres of fabric, more than 5 giclees, or more than 15 kitchen textiles products. Our shipping calculator is capped at 10kg in order for us to provide you with the best rate possible. Please contact Curious Lions directly if you think your order exceeds this amount.

If you need to return an item, ensure you have proof of postage from your post office, or courier.

Fabric yardage is not eligible for return or exchange once washed or cut.

Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery, after you have received an email confirming dispatch of your order. For second class delivery, this may be slightly longer.

Deliveries to Europe:

Taxes, import duties and customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Shipping and taxes will be updated during checkout, based on your billing and shipping information. 

Delivery times to Europe:

Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery, after you have received an email confirming dispatch of your order.

Returns:

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Fabric lengths must not be cut. It must also be in the original product packaging, so please hold onto it! Our packaging is light, foldable and easy to store. Please see our Policy page for more details.
